Taco Skillet
This is one of my favorite easy recipes. I usually make it according to the recipe that you can find on the Campbell's website.
1 pound ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion (I like the frozen kind)
1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell’s® Condensed Tomato Soup (Regular or Healthy Request®)
1(16 ounce) jar Pace® Picante Sauce water
1 jar green chilis
1 can black beans, rinsed and drained.
6 each flour tortillas, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 cup shredded Mexican Cheese
Directions
Cook the beef in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat until well browned, stirring often to separate meat. Pour off any fat.
2Stir the soup, picante sauce, water, chilis, beans and tortillas in the skillet and heat to a boil. Reduce the heat to low. Cook for 5 minutes. Stir the beef mixture. Top with the cheese.
