1 cup butter
2 eggs
2 cups flour
3/4 tsp baking soda
2 cups peanut butter chips
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 tsp vanilla
2/3 cup cocoa
1/2 tsp salt
Preheat oven to 350. Cream butter, sugar, eggas and vanilla together. Mix dry ingredients and stir into sugar mixture. Stir in peanut butter chips. Shape into balls and bake for 8-10 minutes.
These cookies are totally awesome and very easy to make. The recipe yields about 4 dozen nicely sized cookies.
