Today is the 35th Anniversary of the tragic sinking of the Edmund Fitzgerald on Lake Superior. The tragedy that inspired the epic song by Gordon Lightfoot.29 lost their lives that night. The youngest was only 20 years old and the oldest was the captain at 63.
Let's remember them through the song and may their spirits be resting in peace.
