Please Let This Show Make It To A Network

I was just reading one of my favorite author's blogs. Stephanie Bond originally started out writing for Harlequin's Love and Laughter line.

Now before you stick your noses up in the air, Stephanie Bond writes more than just romance. She has a series called Body Movers that's more along the lines of Janet Evanovich's Stephanie Plum series, which can not be described as romance, though there's a little more spice to these books than Evanovich's Plum.

The books are based around Carlotta Wren and a seriel killer known as "The Charm Killer." Like the Plum series there's a wacky cast of characters and some guys Carolotta may or may not be too involved with. Sadly there's not a hamster.

Right now all we know is that Sony Pictures Television has optioned the books to hopefully built into a TV Series. Sony Pictures has been responsible for shows like Damages, Community and Rules Of Engagement that just started to air again this week. I would be so happy if this show actually came about and was good.

I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

The Body Movers series sound like they are real page turners. Who would you like to see cast as Carlotta Wren?

You know I'd be hard pressed to decide. Carlotta has to be someone classy. If I were casting Stephanie Plum, from the Evanovich books, it would be Sandra Bullock hands down.
